1. Who we are

Yougni (yougni.com) is operated by an individual independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use the Service. Contact: [email protected]

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address, password hash, nickname, authentication method, and account settings • Usage data: tool settings, task metadata, credit balance and transactions, and feature interactions • Uploads: images, videos, audio, or other files you submit for processing • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, timestamps, and diagnostic logs • Payment data: order IDs, SKU purchased, payment status, and the payment provider used. Card and wallet details are collected by the payment provider at checkout; we do not store full card numbers • Support communications: messages you send to [email protected] • Social sign-in (Google, X): when you choose sign-in with Google or X, we receive profile identifiers and basic profile fields (such as name, email if provided by the provider, and profile image URL) solely to create or link your Yougni account. We do not receive your Google or X password.

2a. Google sign-in

4. AI processing data

Uploads and tool options are transmitted to AI infrastructure and model providers solely to fulfill your requests. We do not use your private uploads to train our own models. Third-party model providers may process data under their own policies. 6. Sharing with service providers

We share data with trusted processors as needed to operate the Service, including: • Payment processors and merchant-of-record partners (as identified at checkout) • Cloud hosting and CDN providers — storage and delivery • AI model and inference providers — media processing • Email delivery providers — verification and transactional email These parties are contractually required to protect data and use it only for specified purposes.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, where our infrastructure and service providers operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual data protection terms where required by law.

8. Retention and security
