Content Policy

1. Purpose

Yougni is for lawful editing and enhancement of media you have rights to use. This Content Policy defines prohibited uses of our AI tools. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users.

2. Strictly prohibited content

You must not upload, process, share, or export content that: • Is illegal or promotes illegal activity • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult in nature (including nudity intended to arouse) • Sexualizes minors or depicts child sexual abuse material (zero tolerance; we report to authorities) • Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery or unauthorized sexual deepfakes • Promotes terrorism, extreme violence, or credible threats • Targets individuals or groups with hate, harassment, or dehumanization • Infringes copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights • Facilitates fraud, impersonation, phishing, or malware • Spreads medical, legal, or financial misinformation presented as professional advice

3. Restricted uses

The following may be blocked or limited: • Real-person likeness without consent • Political campaigning or deceptive synthetic media of public figures • Content intended to mislead viewers about whether media is authentic • Automated bulk processing that degrades service for others • Removing third-party watermarks or logos without permission

4. Labeling and disclosure

When publishing AI-processed media, clearly disclose edits or synthetic enhancements where required by law or platform rules. Do not present edited media as unmodified authentic documentation of real events.

5. Enforcement

We use automated and manual review, including third-party safety tools where applicable. We may block uploads, cancel tasks without refund of consumed credits for policy violations, remove stored outputs, suspend accounts, or permanently ban repeat offenders.

6. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for files you upload and how you use processed results. Review all outputs before publishing, selling, or deploying commercially.
