A TinyPNG alternative that shows Lossless vs Smaller
Yougni Image Compressor shrinks JPEG, PNG, and WebP in the browser. You see the credit cost first. Use it when you want an explicit lossless pass or a 20-file batch.
Try it on one photo
Same job as TinyPNG: a smaller file you can put on a site or email.
- 1.
Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP
Start with one product shot or screenshot so you can compare sizes.
- 2.
Run Lossless, then Smaller if needed
Lossless first if you need an archive copy. Switch to Smaller for a web upload.
- 3.
Download the smaller file
The result card shows original vs new size. Keep the original if the output grew.
When Yougni is the better fit
TinyPNG is excellent. Use Yougni when you also need the rest of the photo workflow.
Explicit lossless mode
You choose whether pixels may change. TinyPNG is mostly a smart lossy default.
Batch of 20
Useful for a product folder, not a single hero image.
Same account as cleanup tools
Compress, then upscale or cut out a background without another signup.
Credit shown up front
Free to compress. No surprise subscription.
TinyPNG alternative FAQ
Honest differences — not a claim that every file will be smaller.
Will every file beat TinyPNG?
No. Already-optimized JPEGs may save little in either tool. Compare on your own shots.
Do I need an account?
You can start as a guest. Image compression and the video editor on this site are both free.
Can I remove TinyPNG watermarks?
Do not use Yougni to strip other people’s watermarks or logos without permission.
After you compress
If the photo is still too small in pixels, upscale it next. If you need a white store background, cut it out after you have a clean file. Yougni processes the upload — it does not generate a new product photo from text.
